Personal AppearancesABC10 anchors and reporters are available to speak to groups or act as emcees or moderators of community events. Requests for speakers should be made by e-mail, fax or conventional mail at least six weeks in advance of the event. Phone calls concerning speakers cannot be accepted. Because of the volume of requests received, only events with an anticipated attendance of 125 or more (except for school classes) can be considered. The primary event sponsor must be a non-profit organization or governmental entity.
Because of the unpredictability of news events, ABC10 reserves the right to make last minute substitutions of individuals appearing at events.
Requests should be made using the online request form, by fax at (916) 441-3145, or by conventional mail.
School AppearancesStudents will learn about tornadoes, lightning, snow and the weather elements we need to survive. Plus, we'll show them how the sun can power so much more than our weather.
Requests for a visit can be made online at least six weeks in advance of the suggested date.
Due to the unpredictability of weather events, we occasionally have to make last minute changes but will do our best to reschedule.
Hurry, space is limited for requests.
We look forward to bringing weather live to some of our youngest viewers!

Station ToursABC10 is pleased to offer tours of our state-of-the-art studio facility located at 400 Broadway in Sacramento. Tours are available by appointment Monday-Thursday at 9:30 am. They usually last approximately 90 minutes. The maximum group size is 20.
We welcome school classes (6th Grade and up) and other youth groups, but ask that adult supervision be supplied at the ratio of one adult to every five children.
Tour requests should be made at least four weeks in advance. Requests should be sent to Carla Henson via e-mail, fax (916-321-3384), or conventional mail.
Event SponsorshipABC10 sponsors a wide variety of community events each year. ABC10 welcomes sponsorship proposals from non-profit agencies and governmental entities.
Preference is given to events dealing with children or issues pertaining to parenting, mentoring, education, children's health, or the welfare of children.
Proposals should be made as far in advance as possible, preferably at least 12 months prior to the event date. Sponsorship requests should be made in writing.
Written requests can be sent via e-mail, fax (916-441-3145) or conventional mail, but phone calls concerning events sponsorship cannot be accepted.
ABC10's primary means of sponsorship support is through the use of air time to publicize an event, although cash contributions are made in a very limited number of situations.
