Stockton VFA holding Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day

The "day which will live in infamy." The famous quote from President Franklin D. Roosevelt has rang true then, and still does 76 years later.

This year, the Veterans of Foreign Affairs and the American Legion are holding a Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day ceremony at 11 a.m. Thursday in Stockton. The ceremony is scheduled to begin at the VFW Post 52 on N. Center Street and conclude at the WWII Memorial at McLeod Park.

The event will cap off with a Wreath CEremony by AMerican Legion Post 83 and VFW Post 52 and a three round volley firing to honor the those who died in the war.
