Steve Reed served in U.S. Army in Vietnam from 1967 to 1969 (Sergeant - 4th Infantry Division LRRP Ranger). Steve recalls his trying Vietnam story in this ABC10 Military Appreciation vignette.
Steve has been a resident of Sacramento since 1961. He holds a Bacehlor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies from Sacramento State. He has 2 teaching credentials and taught English and History in the San Juan Unified School District for 14 years. Reed was also a Sacramento Police Officer for 20 years and Security Director at Arden Fair Mall for 15 years. He is now a Board member of the Honor Group.
