While most 5-year-olds might wish for new toys for Christmas, one Lodi boy had his heart set on something else: saying 'thank you' to first responders.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff's Department said 5-year-old Jo Jo set up a table Sunday with coffee and donuts for first responders, attaching a sign that read "Thank you for your service."

"Over the course of the morning, numerous first responders showed up from all over the county, including a CHP and REACH helicopter fly over," the Department said.

The Department took to Facebook Sunday to thank Jo Jo for his generosity, saying the "tasty treats and warm coffee" made "our holidays better."
