California ranks among 2018's top 'Most Sinful States'

Back in 2016, Wallethub created another study ranking sinful cities in America, which Sacramento topped that list.

Every state in the United States has its own culture and sinful ways, but California seems to be one of the most wicked.

California garnered the second spot on the list of Most Sinful States, according to a recent Wallethub study.

Rounding out the top five were Florida (No. 1), Nevada (No. 3), Texas (No. 4) and Georgia (No. 5). Vermont was found to be the No. 1 least sinful state.

The 50 states were all ranked across seven different key dimensions: anger and hatred, jealousy, excesses and vices, greed, lust, vanity, and laziness. California placed second in vanity, fifth in lust, nine in jealousy, and 10th in anger and hatred.
