Noor Salman, the wife of Orlando nightclub shooter Omar Mateen, is due in federal court in Oakland next month.
Salman faces aiding and abetting a terrorist organization and obstruction of justice charges after her husband opened fire at Pulse nightclub in Orlando, killing 49 people in June 2016.
He had pledged allegiance to the Islamic State in a 911 call during a standoff with authorities.
Meanwhile, the FBI arrested Salman in January in connection with the attack.
Her bond hearing is scheduled for April 10 at 9:30 a.m. at the federal court in Oakland.
