Elk Grove Police are asking for the public's help finding a missing man, they say is at risk.
21-year-old Matthew Szymanski left his home in the 8900 block of Warmsprings Street on Friday around 6 p.m. and never returned home.
Szymanski has developmental disabilities and is considered at risk.
He is described as a white man. He weighs around 130 pounds, is 5'3" and has brown hair in a buzz cut and green eyes. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, blue jeans, and carrying a blue string bag.
