Two people were killed in a fatal car accident on Highway 99 just north of Yuba City on Thursday evening.
The California Highway Patrol says the crash occurred at 6 p.m. and involved a truck and sedan. CHP added the truck was driving recklessly, and the accident caused the truck to land on its roof and the sedan to catch fire.
