Sacramento police have named a suspect in the Saturday killing of three people inside a home off of Broadway.
Detectives have announced they believe Jerod Watson, 52, to be responsible for the killing of 68-year-old Christine Lucas, 23-year-old Marquise Brown and 20-year-old James Ferrell.
A warrant has been issued for Watson’s arrest; however, detectives have not yet been able to determine where the suspect might be. Further, police fear Watson may have fled California to avoid arrest.
Watson is described as a black man, standing 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds.
Watson is the registered owner of a white 2010 Mitsubishi Outlander, California license plate 7CYL933.
Police report they consider the suspect armed and extremely dangerous.
Lucas, a pastor with Gloryland Revival Center International Ministries, along with Brown and Ferrell were found dead Saturday in a complex across from a Sacramento Fire Department station.
Police have not yet reported a motive for the killings.
