Yolo County's Board of Supervisors green-lighted funding Tuesday for a camera system that'll monitor legal marijuana grows -- by air -- throughout the county.

The camera system will be installed on the Yolo County Sheriff's Office plane, according to county documents. The county said aerial observation can ensure grows are not expanded beyond what is allowed.

The $110,000 Epsilon 140 camera system will be funded through funds already appropriated from the county's Cannabis Task Force.
