The Sacramento Kings and the Dallas Mavericks were supposed to tip-off at 7 p.m. tonight, but the game was delayed. The arena is on lockdown and all entrances are closed due to the protests.

Sacramento City Council is holding a meeting Tuesday evening for its residents wanting to discuss the shooting death of Stephon Clark.

This has led to marches and protests, including one outside of the Golden 1 Center.

The Sacramento Kings and the Dallas Mavericks were supposed to tip-off at 7 p.m. tonight, but the game was delayed. The arena is on lockdown and all entrances are closed due to the protests.

The game is still expected to continue after the delay.

Kings' statement on the lockdown and refund details:

"Public safety measures have been enacted and arena entrances remain closed. We kindly ask all guests to travel home safely at this time. Ticket holders unable to access tonight’s game will receive refund information from the team soon. We apologize for the inconvenience."
