Kanye's next concert canceled after Sacramento rant

Concert-goers in southern California hoping to get a glimpse of Kanye West following his short set and several rants in Sacramento will be disappointed. Following a rant that turned political in San Jose, then performing a short 30-minute set before going on several rants in Sacramento, the rapper's next concert in Inglewood was canceled.

Sunday afternoon, the Ticketmaster website stopped selling tickets to Kanye's Saint Pablo Tour's stop at The Forum in Inglewood. The venue's Facebook page posted a short statement with no explanation, and offering refunds.

Maybe more disappointing for those southern California fans, Sunday's concert was a "make-good" after West canceled a concert earlier this month saying he was sick.

Saturday night, after arriving late, the famous rapper reportedly cut his concert short after three songs and several rants. ABC10's Frances Wang was tweeting at the show and said those rants included mentions of Beyoncé, Taylor Swift, Mark Zuckerberg, Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Captured on video by concert goers, West told the audience he heard Beyoncé refused to perform at the MTV Video Music Awards unless she won Video of the Year over him, and he also urged her husband Jay Z to call him.

This is not the first time that West has gotten political and at one time mentioned running for president in 2020. ABC10 verified if that was possible. Read the results of our investigation here.
