Police find skimming device on Bank of Stockton ATM in Ripon

Four people of interest have been identified from surveillance footage after police found a skimming device on an ATM in Ripon.

The device was found on a Bank of Stockton ATM at 234 W. Main St. and appears to have been loaded around 7:30 a.m. on Sunday by a man and woman. Two other adults returned to remove a hidden camera later that day around 5:40 p.m.

Ripon Police say that no one has reported any unauthorized access to their bank accounts. Any person that's used that specific ATM is being encouraged to verify their accounts have not been .
