Fire department uses video of grass fire as a warning to others

Emergency crews battle grass fire on Fiddletown Road

Emergency crews battled a grass fire on Fiddletown Road Tuesday afternoon. 

The fire burned 10 acres before firefighters were able to get it under control. 

The Amador Fire Department posted a video of the fire on Facebook as a reminder that vegetation will still burn with intensity even after the recent rainfall. 

There is no word on what caused the fire at this time. 

No injuries have been reported.
