3 arrested for Woodland tire slashings

Crediting Woodland residents for providing information leading to the culprits, Woodland police announced they arrested three individuals for a tire-slashing spree on April 24.

That Thursday, police Lt. Anthony Cucchi said officers took 20 reports of tire vandalism at 18 addresses, mostly in the south part of town.

Thursday, May 1, officers arrested a 15-year-old boy, a 17-year-old teen and 18-year-old Brandon Brimm on suspicion of vandalism and conspiracy.

Cucchi said the crimes appeared to be no more than malicious mischief.
