Animal adoptions free through end of year due to generous donation from Sacramento woman

A Sacramento woman wants every animal at Front Street Animal Shelter to have a happy home.

So, through the end of the year, Kim Pacini-Hauch is paying for every animal adoption at the shelter.

Starting tomorrow and lasting until Dec. 31, Pacini-Hauch will pay for every animal to be adopted.

Adoptions for dogs can cost as much as $100, with cat adoptions costing $65.
