Amber Alert canceled after baby girl found safe

A Southern California Amber Alert was canceled after a baby girl was located Wednesday evening.

Leilani Mosely, 6 months old, was found safe around 7 p.m. Wednesday. She was abducted from Huntington Beach around 9 a.m., the California Highway Patrol said.

CHP believe Leilani was taken by 57-year-old Carolyn Ferguson. She is described as a white woman, 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 175 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Ferguson was last seen driving a 2007 white Chrysler PT Cruiser, with California license plate number 5UQ7701. The vehicle has minor front-end damage.

It is unclear if the suspect was also found.
