'Lunchables' recalled for misbranding, undeclared allergens

California-based Kraft Heinz is recalling about 959 pounds of ready-to-eat “Lunchables Ham and American Cracker Stackers,” according to the United States Department of Agriculture.

The packaged lunch products have been recalled due to misbranding and undeclared allergens, USDA says.

The product contains wheat and soy, known allergens, which were not declared on the product label.

These items were shipped to retail locations in Utah and California.

The ready-to-eat meat and cheese packaged lunches in question were produced on Sept. 21, according to the USDA.

The recall includes 3.4-ounce boxes containing four-compartment plastic trays with a “Use By” date of Dec. 25, 2016.

No illnesses associated with the recall have yet been reported, according to the USDA.
