Hundreds of fans lined up Saturday to get a first peek inside the Golden 1 Center at a public open house.
Tickets were limited for this first public viewing of the new Sacramento Kings Stadium
Several events included a meet and greet with former Sacramento Kings players, a free throw shooting contest for a t-shirt, and a concert ticket giveaway for the sold out October 4 Paul McCartney concert.
Fans applauded the seats, the 4k resolution big screens, the food, and the openness of the more than $500 million stadium.
Some still had concerns about parking, however, the Sacramento Police Department reported traffic and parking flowing smooth during the day.
