A minimum-security prisoner has walked away from a housing facility at Folsom State Prison Thursday morning and police are asking for the public’s help finding him.

The prisoner, identified as Todd Willis, is described as a white man, standing about six feet tall and weighing about 270 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and a tattoo on his chest, according to Folsom police.

Willis has possibly been missing since at least 8 a.m. Thursday, police said.

Police consider Willis to be possibly dangerous. Those who see Willis should not make contact with him and call 911 immediately.
