Gary Johnson makes campaign stop in Sacramento

Libertarian presidential candidate Gary Johnson made a stop in Sacramento on Friday.

He spoke to a large crowd at the Mirage Banquet Hall, with some people in attendance traveling from the bay area to listen to him.

“I just believe in his message and I think he’s an actual good candidate, not a choice of two bad ones,” said San Francisco resident Joshua Perry.

There were people in attendance who said they appreciated his message of speaking the truth.

“His demeanor and the fact that he’s into honesty and he likes the fact that California is ahead of the game,” said Bay Area resident Annette Leetham.

Some are also choosing to support him because they don’t like their other options.

“I’m supporting Gary this year because it doesn’t matter in California, all the electoral votes go to the winner and that will be Hillary in this state,” said Grass Valley Resident Chris Hansen.

On Saturday, Nov. 5, he’s scheduled to be at a Chicago rally and his website said he plans to return to California on Monday, Nov. 7, to attend a rally in San Diego.

Johnson is scheduled to attend an Election Night Party in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
