ROSEVILLE — Roseville police have arrested a man suspected of taking up-skirt pictures of women while they shopped in stores in Roseville and Rocklin. Mathew Anglade, 22, of Loomis, made contact with police Tuesday and was arrested on a warrant, charging him with invasion of privacy using a concealed camera. Anglade was booked into the Placer County Jail.

STOCKTON — Stockton police are investigating a Tuesday night homicide.

Police were called to the 2000 block of Madrid Drive for a report of shots fired. Upon arrival, they found a 32-year-old man in front of a home suffering from gunshot wounds. He was transported to an area hospital where he later died. There is no suspect information at this time.
