At-risk Sacramento man missing since Wednesday

A man described as in the early stages of dementia is missing and authorities hope anyone who sees Bobby Turner will contact them.

Turner, who is 67, was last seen on foot near the 2400 block of Northrop Avenue Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Sgt. Lisa Bowman with the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said.

Turner was described as black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds. He has short black hair, brown eyes and a goatee.

Turner was wearing a white jacket with red and black stripes, black shirt, dark blue jeans and black Oakland Raiders cap on Wednesday.

Bowman said Turner recently moved from Fresno to Sacramento and is not familiar with the area. He was described a very forgetful and having a number of serious medical conditions.
