Police searching for domestic violence kidnapping suspect, victim in Stockton

Police in Stockton are searching for a domestic violence kidnapping suspect and victim, according to the Stockton Police Department.

At approximately 5 p.m. Wednesday, the suspect in this incident was seen forcing the victim, his ex-girlfriend, into a late 90’s four-door White Ford at the Chuck-E-Cheese parking lot in the 6400 block of Pacific Avenue in Stockton, according to the police department.

The two were involved earlier in a domestic violence incident in the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office jurisdiction.

The victim in this case is 27-year-old Adriana Carrillo, who is 5-foot-4 and weighs 170 lbs. She was last seen wearing a dark colored sweatshirt and black legging pants.

The suspect is 33-year-old Eddie Gutierrez, who is 5-foot-11 and weighs 160 pounds. Gutierrez is wanted on kidnapping charges in this case, in addition to felony domestic violence, robbery, and kidnapping charges from the earlier case investigated by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office.
