Roseville police: Potentially more victims in underage sex case

SACRAMENTO - An 18-year-old Roseville man is facing serious accusations after allegedly having sex with a girl at least four years younger than him and sharing video of the act.

Roseville Police Department spokesperson Dee Dee Gunther said investigators suspect Michael Anthony Contini of similar illegal activity with other victims.

Following up on information from school officials, a police school resource official investigated what Gunther termed an inappropriate image of Contini and an underage girl on a social media website.

Contini was arrested Feb. 11 on suspicion of using a minor to create and/or disseminate obscene material, possession of child pornography and sex with a minor, according to Gunther.

Investigators think there may be more victims of Contini and they urged anyone with information to talk to their school resource officer or Roseville police.

Contini is in custody in Placer County Jail. Bail was set at $200,000.
