Midtown’s Sacramento Natural Foods Co-op is closing its doors for the last time Sunday evening.
But fear not, its predecessor – a 46,000-square-foot building, with a larger kitchen, larger parking lot and grocery area – is slated to open Wednesday at 28th and R streets, less than a mile from its current location.
The Co-op’s old location will close Sunday at 5 p.m. as staff make the move to the new location.
To help lighten their moving load, staff are offering customers a 10 percent discount off entire purchases.
The new location is slated to open Wednesday, Oct. 12 at 9:30 a.m.
