2 Stockton pizza delivery workers robbed within 4 hours

SACRAMENTO – Two people delivering pizzas in Stockton Tuesday were targeted by armed robbers.

Stockton police reports stated the first robbery occurred on the 1600 block of Tyroll Lane at 6:45 p.m. The man was delivering pizzas when he was approached by two men from behind. The men robbed him at gunpoint then ran from the scene.

The suspects were described as two black men between 17 and 21 years old.

The second incident happened at 10:45 p.m. The victim was pulling up in his vehicle to deliver pizza on the 4800 block of North Pershing Ave. when he was approached by two men. The men forced him out of the car at gunpoint, hit him with a metal object and took his money before fleeing the scene on foot, according to the release.

The suspects in the second robbery were described as two black men between the ages of 25 and 35.

Stockton police did not indicate whether they believe the two incidents were related.
