3rd suspect arrested in Sacramento hookah lounge shootout

Sacramento County sheriff's deputies arrested a third suspect Wednesday in connection to a shooting outside a hookah lounge, where a man was killed and four people were injured.

James Wallace, 28, was booked into Sacramento County Jail for attempted murder, Sheriff's Sgt. Lisa Bowman said. Two other suspects in the shooting -- Tana Dania, 23, and Frank Jackson, 19, -- were arrested Tuesday for murder and attempted murder.

Tyrell Hall, 20, was killed and four people were wounded in a shootout early Sunday morning outside of the Hookah Lounge Smoke Shop in the 1900 block of Fulton Avenue, near Alta Arden. The sheriff's department said two separate fights broke out in the parking lot, which escalated into the shooting.

Bowman said Hall was pronounced dead at the scene. The four other people suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives continue to investigate the shooting and what led up to the fights.
