Police ID second suspect in Stockton double fatal crash

SACRAMENTO - A second suspect at large in a crash that killed two people in Stockton last week has been identified.

Stockton police detectives are looking for 23-year-old Tevin Taylor. They say he ran from a white Honda SUV after it struck an Acura at West Lane and West Lane Frontage Road on April 24, Officer Joe Silva said. Two people inside the Acura, 18-year-old Sokhunthear Hin and 20-year-old Ritche Rasmee, were killed.

Taylor is wanted for homicide and robbery.

Brittney Tamayo, who police say also fled from the Honda SUV, was located and arrested. She was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday.

Anyone with information on Taylor's whereabouts was urged to call the Stockton Police Department at (209) 937-8377, Investigations at (209) 937-8323, or Crime Stoppers at (209) 946-0600. Callers can remain anonymous.

Citizens may also text information from their cellphones to 'CRIMES' (274637) and type the keyword TIPSPD and then their tip or log on to the Stockton Police Department's Facebook page and click 'Submit A Tip'. Information that may lead to an arrest may be eligible for rewards of up to $10,000 from Crime Stoppers.

Tipsters may also send tips on the Stockton PD Mobile Phone App.
