Missing at-risk missing man found by Sac Sheriff
According to a press release, Mihai "Peter" Dumbra was last seen around 5 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, at his house, along the 4900 block of Summerwood Circle in north Sacramento County. It's believe Dumbra, 46, left his home on foot.
