SACRAMENTO – A fifth individual has been arrested in connection with the death of a man outside a Sacramento hookah lounge in July.

Frederick Lamont Davis, 28, of Sacramento was arrested Thursday and booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail for assault with a deadly weapon, according to a release from the Sacramento County Sheriff's Department.

The arrest comes nearly two months after 20-year-old Tyrell Lamont Hall was killed outside The Hookah Lounge Smoke Shop on July 13.

The release credited information received from the public in the identification and apprehension of Davis.

Sheriff's detectives continue to search for the man pictured below in connection with the shooting. He is described as a black man with collar-length dreadlocks and goatee-style facial hair. He appears to have a tattoo on his left bicep and is seen wearing a reddish colored shirt, denim pants and red colored shoes.
