TODAY: Rain increasing mid-morning then clearing during the afternoon with a slight chance of thunderstorms. Valley highs in the mid 50s. Sierra snow with highs near 40 early then colder afternoon. Snow level starts near 5,000 feet then drops through the day. Winter Storm Warning begins at 7 a.m.
TONIGHT: Rain for Valley with isolated t-storms and snow continues to drop to 1500 ft. by morning.
WEDNESDAY: Chance of an early morning shower with valley highs in the low 50s. Sierra snow continues with highs in the 20s at lake level. Snow down to 2500 ft and lower.
THANKSGIVING: Mostly sunny and dry with highs in the low 50s. Sierra highs stay in the 20s with a slight chance of lingering snow.
FRIDAY: Morning temperatures will be at or near freezing. A mix of sun and clouds with highs in the lower 50s. Sierra highs near 30 with a slight chance of snow.
SATURDAY: Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of rain. Highs in the low 50s. Mostly cloudy in the Sierra with a chance of snow. Highs near freezing.
SUNDAY: Valley clouds with highs in the low 50s. Sierra highs near 30 with a chance of snow.
MONDAY: Chance of showers with highs in the mid 50s. Sierra highs near 40 with mostly cloudy skies.
