Morgan Rynor is the Political Field Anchor for ABC10 and CBS8 where she hosts "The Rynor Report." She joined the team in July of 2021.
Morgan is an AP-Award-winning journalist recognized for her work including reporting on a Confederate protest happening outside of a high school football game in Florida.
Morgan's love for politics began at an early age while covering domestic and foreign policy on her high school's debate team. She went on to the University of Florida where she became the Political Specialty Anchor for WUFT News and NPR’s "Morning Edition" radio host. While in college, she interned at "The Today Show" in New York City.
She started off her professional career at WINK News in Fort Myers, Florida, where she transitioned into full-time political reporting. She traveled all across the state on the 2020 presidential campaign trail interviewing big names like Senator Amy Klobuchar, Pete Buttigieg, members of the Trump family, and more.
When she's not working, Morgan spends time with her golden retriever Athena. You could say she’s quite obsessed. They're always looking for nice hiking spots, swimming holes, and local breweries.
