Celebrating Black History Month in 2019 | Need to Know

Black History Month in the greater Sacramento region is a time for education, reflection and a celebration of the African Americans that have shaped America's history and those who continue in that tradition.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — For some, Black History Month is a time to remember the people of our nation that helped further the idea that all people are equal. In the greater Sacramento region, there are several events to fill your calendar for the month of February.
