SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The California State Fair is closing out its opening weekend at Cal Expo, but there's still so much to do.
The fair will be running from July 12 to July 28, which leaves plenty of time to explore everything it has to offer. Here's a rundown for what's happening on July 14.

- 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. — California State Fair and Food Festival has a pass that gives out four tickets for $28 that can be redeemed at a vendor that is a part of the food festival. A food item costs around $10 without a ticket.
- 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Brunch at the Turf Club (Miller Lite Racetrack Grandstand)
- 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. — Louisiana Sue Cooking Demo (Save Mart California's Kitchen - Cooking Theatre)
- 3 p.m. to 3 p.m. — Cupcake Decorating 101 (Taste of California Classroom)
- 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. — Out at the Fair Cooking Demonstrations (Save Mart California's Kitchen — Cooking Theater)
