The best hamburger in Northern California | You tell us!

Where do you go to get the best hamburger? We asked and you answered.

CALIFORNIA, USA — May 28 is National Hamburger Day. So, hold onto your buns because we are looking to find the best hamburger near us!

On National Hamburger Day 2019, we took to the ABC10 Facebook page to ask our followers "Where is the best place to get a hamburger?"

Today is National Hamburger Day! Our team wants to know: Where's the best place to get a hamburger? Share below! https://on.abc10.com/2EAVJ0W

1. Flaming Grill

When you first visit Flaming Grill's website, you see in bold letters "The Best Burgers in Sacramento," and a few of our Facebook followers have to agree. The Flaming Grill has locations in Sacramento, West Sacramento and Elk Grove. Their menu has 18 different burgers, including ones with "exotic meats" and another called the "p n j Burger," which includes grape jelly and peanut butter in addition to bacon and cheddar cheese.

2. Broderick Roadhouse

Broderick Roadhouse started as a food truck in Sacramento before opening their first sit down restaurant in 2012. According to its website, Broderick Roadhouse's menu is "made from scratch" and "over-the-top." If you are looking for a place to enjoy a burger with your vegan or vegetarian friends, Broderick Roadhouse offers all of their burgers with a housemade veggie patty. If you are looking to try out a Broderick burger, visit one of their locations in West Sacramento, Folsom, Midtown, Walnut Creek, Roseville or Carmichael.

3. Squeeze Burger

If you have been in Northern California for longer than 5 minutes, you've probably heard someone mention Squeeze Burger. The restaurant offers the "best burger in town." The local burger spot has even been featured on the Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives, hosted by Guy Fieri on the Food Network. While it may not be National Cheeseburger Day, we can't ignore Squeeze Burger's trademark "cheese skirt." If you are a cheese lover, you don't want to skip this place.

4. Skip's Kitchen

Skip's Kitchen was another fan favorite from our friends on the ABC10 Facebook page. The Carmichael restaurant's website says it is a "local eatery servicing gourmet casual cuisine." Don't worry though, the restaurant staff is equally focused on making sure the environment is fun and family friendly. Looking to just grab a burger and go, Skip's Kitchen does let customers order online.

Skip's Kitchen added a new photo.

So there you have it! The best places to grab a hamburger in Northern California, according to our friends on our Facebook page. Did we miss any? Join the conversation and let us know!
