Farm-to-Fork: Big and small

 More than 80-percent of all farms in the country sell less than $100,000 worth of goods per year, per the USDA.

They may not have the biggest farms or the most acreage, but their influence is undeniable.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, California farmers are the number one producer of agriculture in America by cash receipts.
