Jewelry store owner tackles gunman; 3 robbery suspects still outstanding

One suspect was arrested in the attempted robbery at a Sacramento jewelry store, according to Sacramento Police officials.

The three other suspects, who police believe to be juveniles, are still outstanding.

Sacramento police are currently investigating an attempted robbery on a Sacramento jeweler.

The incident occurred on December 6 when four suspects went into Berilian Jewelers, located on the 8200 block of Bruceville Road.

Authorities say the suspects wore hoodies but no masks during the incident, and they appear to be juveniles.

One of the four suspects had a gun and was tackled by the both the owner and the son. Afterward, all four suspects fled from the scene.

No suspects are in custody, but police have taken a report while detectives continue to investigate the incident.
