MODESTO, Calif. — Police investigators in Modesto are turning to the public for help identifying a person of interest in a homicide at a business complex on the north side of the city.
Randall Cisneros-Heimburger, 31, was found behind some businesses at a complex located near Standiford Way and Prescott Road on Monday, Nov. 25.
The case started out as a death investigation but was later upgraded to a homicide investigation. Police have not released a cause of death.
On Tuesday, Dec. 3, Modesto Police released a surveillance image of a man who they believe may have been a witness to the crime.
