SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A nurse is facing several felony charges related to alleged sexual conduct with a patient, Folsom Police said.
Gregory Harms, 61, of Sacramento, was arrested on Friday, Nov. 8th after a lengthy investigation.
Harms is accused of sexual conduct with a patient at an unnamed rehab medical facility at which he was employed as a nurse in January. Police said the investigation also turned up a prior victim.
Harms was booked into the Sacramento County Jail on felony complaints of assault with intent to commit rape, penetration by foreign object by means of force or fear, and anal genital penetration. He is being held without bail.
