AUBURN, California — Placer County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a 46-year-old Sacramento man for allegedly involved in a sexual relationship with a minor.

Alejandro Rojas first got involved with the young girl after finding her on a dating app, according to the sheriff’s office. With this information, detectives posed as the girl and arranged a meet-up with Rojas in Auburn.

When Rojas arrived at the agreed upon location he was met by officers and arrested without incident, authorities said.

Rojas is facing “numerous” complaints for various sex crimes. His bond was set at $570,000.
