Sacramento police have arrested two male juveniles on charges of carjacking.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Two male juveniles were arrested on charges of carjacking, pertaining to two incidents in recent days.

On March 21 around 11:04 p.m., officers responded to a carjacking on the 1300 block of Florin Road. Police say that an elderly female victim jumped into the back seat of her vehicle and attempted to fight off the suspect.

One suspect was said to have fled on foot, but the other allegedly drove out of the area erratically in an attempt to eject the female from the vehicle. He also allegedly struck the victim with his fist and a blunt object multiple times. Authorities say the suspect even threatened to shoot her, however, no gun was seen.
