Man arrested in Thanksgiving shooting that killed one person, Yuba County deputies say

Yuba County Sheriff's deputies say Moe Nanlap shot two people on Thanksgiving. One of those victims passed away after the shooting.

YUBA COUNTY, Calif. — Yuba County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say killed a person on Thanksgiving.

23-year-old Moe Nanlap, of Linda, was arrested on Nov. 28 in East Linda as a suspect in the homicide case.

Deputies say Nanlap shot two people at a home in East Linda on Thanksgiving morning. One of those victims eventually passed away at the hospital.

The other victim is in stable condition.
