A man has been arrested after shooting at a vehicle with a family inside and injuring an adult in Stockton, according to the Stockton Police Department.
On Tuesday, two adults were driving with their three children when a suspect in a silver car pulled up next to them. The suspect fired several rounds at the vehicle, hitting one of the adults at least three times.
The victim was immediately taken to the hospital and received treatment for non-life-threatening wounds. None of the children were injured during the incident, police said.
The suspect was identified as 24-year-old Williams Pollard, who later turned himself in. He was booked on five counts of attempted homicide and being a felon in possession of a gun.
