Police: 4 bodies found inside South Land Park home following homicide

The police are investigating a homicide involving four bodies in South Land Park. Police were called to a residence for a welfare check when they discovered four bodies were found inside a home.

The relative who asked for the check told police they believed, "something was amiss." Sac PD Public Information Officer Linda Matthew said they don't believe this is a random act and that the victims knew the suspect.

Vasquez-Oliva was detained in San Francisco in the area of Pierce Street and Golden Gate Avenue. Officer Giselle Talkoff, Public Information Officer for the San Francisco Police Department, confirmed they assisted the Sacramento PD in detaining the person.

At this time, ABC10 is choosing not to report information about the case, victims or suspect, until it is confirmed.
