CARMICHAEL, Calif. — A man found dead in a car in Carmichael is the subject of a homicide investigation, according to law enforcement officials.
The Sacramento County Sheriff's Department said in a press release the man was found around 6 a.m. Friday, June 28 in a green Ford Explorer. The car was parked along the 6300 block of Coyle Avenue in Carmichael.
Upon arrival, sheriff's deputies noticed the, "unidentified male inside with apparent trauma to his body."
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. No suspect information has yet been released.
