Sacramento County Sheriff’s detectives arrested a 17-year-old man after investigating the death of a man in Orangevale.

ORANGEVALE, Calif. —

A teenager was arrested after a man was shot and killed in Orangevale, officials with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office said.

Around 10 a.m. Thursday, June 13, deputies were called to a home in Orangevale for a "family disturbance." Sacramento County Sheriff Sergeant Tess Deterding said the 17-year-old suspect and his sister's 20-year-old boyfriend were having a fight when the shooting occurred.
