Highway 50 at Alder Creek has reopened to one-way traffic control after a mudslide shut the area down on Thursday.
Caltrans District 3 reported the slide closed the highway between White Hall and Kyburz.
The California Highway Patrol said the mudslide is weather-related and is active. There is no exact estimated time as to when the highway will fully reopen.
