LINCOLN, Calif. — Adorable kittens are impossible not to want to hold. Adorable kittens that survived the worst fire in California history by holding and protecting each other are impossible not to want to adopt.

Lucky for you, you can do both.

Phoenix and Ash were found in Concow by animal rescue groups looking for any pets left behind during the Camp Fire. Rescuers found them holding onto each other. Phoenix was found with burned paws and singed off whiskers, but Ash was found unscathed.

The feral brothers were taken into the FieldHaven Feline Center where they received treatment before getting put up for adoption.

Phoenix and Ash are in a foster home right now, but are available for adoption as a pair this morning.
