Motorcyclist dead following two-vehicle crash in Midtown Sacramento, police say

The motorcyclist was driving east on Q Street around 7 p.m. when he collided with another car driving north on 26th Street, police said.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — A motorcyclist was killed in an accident Tuesday night in Midtown Sacramento after he slammed in to another car, police confirmed.

According to the Sacramento Police Department, the motorcyclist was driving east on Q Street around 7 p.m. when he collided with another car driving north on 26th Street.

The unidentified motorcyclist was later pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. Police said no one else was injured in the crash.

It's still unknown if alcohol or drugs were involved.
